Program Goals
Program Goals
To provide a comprehensive, interactive, and developmentally appropriate program for children ages 3-5. We will introduce 3 year olds to supportive relationships with peers and adults and develop their cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional skills. We will further develop and define these skills for 4-5 year olds for transition into Kindergarten.
We will partner with your family to support your child's achievements in the following areas:
Growing Intellectually
- Expand language use and understanding
- Develop pre-reading, math, and science skills
- Encourage self-initiated learning/exploring activities
- Encourage an increasing attention span
Growing Socially and Emotionally
- Develop people skills through peer and adult interactions
- Learn life skills, such as resiliency, persistence, and adaptability
- Increase an appreciation for family and community
Growing Physically
- Improve gross and fine motor coordination
- Strengthen eye-hand and foot coordination
Growing Spiritually
- Embrace a sense of trust in God's love and care
- Develop a Biblical, positive self-concept and body image
