Jesus told us to “make disciples” (Mt 28:18-20). Disciples are transformed believers who are changing their worlds because Jesus has changed them. At Grace Church we talk often of touching lives and transforming communities. As we endeavor to become who Jesus has called us to be, we follow a simple discipleship process.
